Established in 2015
Kentwood, Michigan has a long and proud history of being a community where people hold the values of hard work, faith, and family in the highest regard. From these values the Stouffer-Kentwood Foundation was formed and later seeded the basis for the Kentwood Community Foundation. In Mayor Stephen Kepley's first year in office, he sparked the discussion to utilize the Stouffer-Kentwood resources to create a foundation that would initiate positive growth in the Kentwood community.
